Sarpy/Cass Health Department – Emergency Weather Radio Giveaway Official Rules & Guidelines
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sarpy/Cass Health Department Weather Radio Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Central Time (CT) on Sunday, October 18, 2026, and ends at 4:30 PM CT on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Nebraska who are nineteen (189 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sarpy/Cass Health Department and immediate family members residing in the same household are ineligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Log into or create an Instagram account.
- Follow the official Sarpy/Cass Health Department Instagram page @Sarpy_Cass_Heath
- Leave a comment on the official giveaway post stating your favorite outdoor activity during the Promotion Period.
- Limit one (1) entry per individual Instagram account.
PRIZE SELECTION & WINNER NOTIFICATION:
- Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram by 12:00 PM CT on Friday, October 23, 2026.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.
PRIZE CLAIM & PICKUP:
- Each prize consists of one (1) Emergency Weather Radio.
- In-Person Pickup Required: Winners must claim and pick up their prize in person at the Sarpy/Cass Health Department office:

- Pickup Deadline: 4:30 PM CT on Friday, November 6, 2026.
- Photo identification confirming eligibility and Nebraska residency may be requested upon pickup. Prizes not claimed by the deadline will be forfeited.
